


- First, cut the broccoli into small, thin florets. This helps the broccoli cook through in less than a minute when blanching it.

- Ingredients for the Salad
- Blanched broccoli (about 1 cup)
- 1-2 avocados
- A handful of walnuts

- 4T yogurt
